Facts: How can you achieve more energy, endurance, youth and vitality?

How you do that is to detoxify your body, especially your upper GI tract.  That’s what enables us to breathe on a cellular level.  When you’re breathing on a cellular level you have a good oxygen uptake and you become more efficient. Everything’s going to work better, especially your stamina and dynamism.

We are supposed to have between four and eight pounds of intestinal flora.  If you don’t have the intestinal flora, (Probiotics) you’re going to have gas, inflammation and a decreased bowel function and movement. Your immune system will have a harder time protecting you against viral and bacterial pathogens which will become activated and proliferate in your system. We need to get probiotics and prebiotics (Plant-based whole foods) for nourishment into our lifestyle. Plant-based Inulin’s come from the fiber in your vegetables and glucosaccharides are the prebiotics that come in your fruit which are critically important.

A lot of times when a person first starts to eat well they’re not going to feel good as we all know (Get & read “Your Healthy Journey” to understand the mechanics). They have bloat, inflammation and gas. This could be because the food that they’re eating could be too efficient. It’s releasing too much endogenous material (Detox) and they don’t have the intestinal flora (Probiotics) so then the system has to deal with it.  That’s when they may need colonics. Of course, you they need more rest. Rest is critically important!

If you don’t know what to do and you think your nutritional lifestyle is okay (To be sure what your doing is okay, write down how you nourish yourself for 3 days and match it up to “Your Healthy Journey”) and you’re not feeling good, go lay down and close your eyes.  Remember simplicity. Don’t drink a cup of coffee or take some kind of stimulating herb or consume some drink that’s going to give you a lot of energy in 15 minutes because all it’s doing is pumping out adrenaline, working through your endocrine system and exhausting your adrenal and thyroid glands. These glands will eventually wear down because of this ongoing process. What you require is rest.  If you’re exhausted and you don’t know why and the doctor says everything looks good, just lay down, drink more water, and drink fresh vegetable juices, Ciara’s kombucha, Herbal tea without caffeine, E3 live, wheatgrass and add some Fred’s Amazing Greens or other Fred green powder foods.
