I don’t advocate one specific nutritional philosophy for everybody. I advocate the lifestyle that’s the best for each individual’s optimal health.
The only thing that I’m very specific about, that everybody that comes to me should really try to achieve first, is to give up all the processed food/stimulating food & drinks. As far as the length of time it takes to achieve optimal health, I can’t give a time on that because everybody’s a biochemical individual. For some people, it happens very quickly. For others, it takes years before they really feel super the way we’re capable of feeling on Your Healthy Journey.
Sometimes people on a 100% raw food lifestyle might have to use some kind of a supplement, like Super GreenFoods (Fred’s Amazing Greens) or blue-green algae (E3Live Brain-ON), plus Wheatgrass also works very well.

No, it’s never too late. But anybody that’s older that changes and makes a commitment to a 70% or more raw lifestyle definitely should have professional experienced guidance. You just can’t go by the philosophical explanations you’re hearing out there on the Internet (dr google) because you could put a person into a radical remedial detox and that could be damaging and it is not the best way of living a healthy lifestyle!
