Why do you recommend a raw living vegan lifestyle? Fred Bisci 

Born, 1929, at 88 years of age, I’ve been doing it myself for over 60 years, although I have been eating a plant-based lifestyle my whole life because that’s how my mother prepared our meals but I know how miraculous it can be and what it can do to alleviate the aging process and keep you healthy to a very advanced age. I believe it to be the best lifestyle for a person that understands it and is willing to commit to it for the remainder of their lifetime. The commitment is key because I have seen too many people following a raw living food vegan lifestyle for years and then go back – and a lot of them had a disastrous experience. I encourage people to make the transition gradually and then to stay with it. Take a look at my book, Your Healthy Journey, it will show you how to do it. So, once you have committed to a vegan lifestyle, there’s no going back to eating animal protein because is not a wise thing to do; it can cause disease and even premature death. This is why you must make the changes in a transitional way so you can stay on your journey the rest of your life.

Everybody is a biochemical individual. I can’t tell you how long it’s going to take. It might take some people months. Another person might see changes much more quickly, especially if they’re doing a lot of cleanses, going for colonics or doing enemas, going on a supervised fast, doing juice cleanses and taking the enzymes, probiotics, GreenFood powders and Miror EPF.
