FACTS: Modern Day Curse & Don’t Cheat Yourself!

What are the most important foods to eliminate from a person’s lifestyle?  Fred Bisci

That’s a simple question. Eliminate all the processed food: 100%.  The processed food is a killer and it’s a modern-day curse.  It won’t kill you all at once, but sooner or later it’s going to get to you by increasing the aging process, slowing down your performance and energy level or it’s going to get you on an operating table or on medication or get you into a nursing home. All of these scenarios are not good. Again, the best choice you can make is to Eliminate all the processed food: 100% and don’t look back!!

Should I strive to be 100% perfect on Your Healthy Journey? Or is it ok to “cheat” sometimes?  If I cheat, will it be harder to maintain this healthy diet? Fred Bisci

My philosophy in life is don’t cheat, no matter what you’re doing. Don’t cheat in what you’re saying; don’t cheat in a business deal, and I certainly don’t advise you to cheat on the choices you make living Your Healthy Journey!

I do recommend that people design a food plan starting from eliminating 100% of the processed food. You have to design a program that you can live with, that you can afford, that you can continue over your lifetime, and that will enable you to live with the social ramifications. I do not suggest that people follow a 100% raw living food lifestyle because a lot of people can’t follow a 100% raw living food lifestyle because they wouldn’t even consider it.  My wife is one of those people. She’s very healthy, eats good, but she’s a very social person, so she has a different priority here. This is why I designed the Intermediate Level lifestyle.

Enjoy Your Healthy Journey!
