FACTS: Nourishment, False Foods, Elimination!

FACTS: Nourishment, False Foods, Elimination!

Is living an organic whole food lifestyle, enough, is it nutritious and will it give me long lasting benefits with lifelong consumption?   Fred Bisci

If you do it correctly and you obey all the rules of nature, anatomy, and physiology, the answer to that question is yes. Leave it the processed foods, drink clean water, get rest for recovery and eat enough whole foods to get enough calories to sustain your activity levels. If you do it incorrectly though, you could run into trouble.

What are false foods and how can we avoid them?  Fred Bisci

False foods are not freshly, prepared whole sourced organic foods. False foods are any food that’s processed for long term shelf storage with non-quality ingredients. Whole sourced organic foods in a plant-based lifestyle are fruits, vegetables, nuts, seeds, avocados, sprouts, and the juices and smoothies which should be prepared fresh and consumed within a short time period of preparation. All the other foods end up being false foods and will cause a biochemical degenerative reaction in the body over time.

What are the most important foods to eliminate from your diet?   Fred Bisci

That’s a simple question. Eliminate all the processed food: 100%.  The processed food is a killer and it’s a modern-day curse.  It won’t kill you all at once, but sooner or later it’s going to get to you, maybe you will be on an operating table or maybe you will be on medication and maybe you will get yourself into a nursing home. All these are great reasons to

Leave out processed foods for the Rest of your Life.

Should I strive to be 100% perfect on this Your Healthy Journey? Or is it ok to “cheat” sometimes?  If I cheat, will it be harder to maintain this healthy lifestyle? Fred Bisci

My philosophy in life is don’t cheat, no matter what you’re doing. Don’t cheat on what you’re saying; don’t cheat on a business deal, and I certainly don’t advise you to cheat on Your Healthy Journey.

I do recommend that people design a whole food plan starting by leaving out, 100% all processed foods. It’s also important to individualize your program. Something, that you can live with, based on what you can afford, your activity levels and social ramifications. Although it can be done because I have been living this lifestyle for over 60 years, following a 100% raw living food lifestyle is not doable or practical just because of the social ramifications. This is why I made up the Intermediate Level Lifestyle because it gives people the option of consuming cooked whole plant food portions with the raw whole food portions and/or a moderate amount of animal protein with their meals if preferred.

Enjoy Your Healthy Journey!
