COME TO ALICIA’S BOXING EVENT/ 8/4/18

Fred was at Gleason’s Gym this week sparing with the WBA World Champ, Alicia the Empress.

Fred has a history of boxing and was a Navy Champ when he was in the armed service during the Korean War. Fred’s muscle memory came back like he was sparing as young guy.

Fred really wants people to know that living a Whole Food Plant Lifestyle is most optimal and what isalso another key factor is some form of exercise that you like to perform. Fred does multiple forms of exercise like: calaesthetics, running, walking on the beach, biking, dumbbells, yoga and his favorite chi gong. Something as consistent as walking and range of motion stretching are excellent activities when done consistently. Take the adventure and find out what you like to do and combine this with Your Healthy Journey, Daily!!

COME TO ALICIA’S BOXING EVENT/ 8/4/18

Although, Fred has committed to Alicia to start training at her gym, he cannot make it to Alicia’s event on 8/4/18 at the Nassau Coliseum on Long Island, NY   because he will be in Croatia speaking at a Raw Vegan Cruise, he is encouraging those who want to, to go to the event and support Alicia at the first woman boxing event at the Nassau Coliseum.
