FACTS: Alzheimer’s, Dementia, Arthritis!!

More people are expressing signs of Alzheimer’s and Dementia. What do we need to be aware of in our lifestyle?  

Prevention is the answer, just as with cancer. I say you can change anything in a blink of your eye. Then it’s your daily dedication to self-healing, that is the ongoing process.


We could definitely reduce these problems in our society dramatically if we can convince people that we are the cause of our own problems by what we do in our lifestyle. This is the reason to question your existing habits and routines. A lifestyle change is the most important step you can make in your life.

I don’t care whether you’re 30, 50, 60, 80, or 100 – Don’t Stop Detoxing. Detoxification is still going on every day, it’s a lifetime process. The cleaner and more efficient your cells are, the less vulnerable and less epigenetic lifestyle expressions you will have in relationship to most degenerative conditions. We’ve got to be aware that efficient detox is important throughout our life but just as important when you’re older and more mature in age.


Arthritis is Common, what should I do? 

Change your lifestyle to a whole food plant lifestyle, no two ways about it. I see people that are bone-on-bone walking around pain-free because they’re living this lifestyle daily.

Years ago, I had a car accident and I had a bilateral shoulder injury so I went to three ortho-specialists. They all said I needed shoulder replacement on both shoulders. I decided not to take that path because I have no pain and I was and still exercising very strenuously. I do know   that if I was not living this whole plant food lifestyle for over 60 years, I’m absolutely positive that I would be in a lot of pain.

If you have arthritis leave out processed/junk/stimulated foods/drinks and get into a whole plant-based lifestyle. Detoxify your body. Reduce or eliminate animal protein. Get all the hormones, chemicals, and pesticides out of your system. Drink plenty of clean water and fresh veggie juices and eat fresh salads. Find a daily understanding of hope and optimism to life, this is a good outlook that leads to patience, humility and creative imagination.
