Define constipation, how does it affect our performance?
Constipation is a problem that should not be ignored. Just because you’re moving your bowels every day doesn’t mean you’re not constipated. If what you ate three or four, or even six or seven days ago is coming out of you today, even if you’re moving your bowels twice a day, you’re constipated. It’s not moving through you fast enough as a daily regular process. What you eat today if you’re clean should be coming out of you tomorrow and if it’s not, you’re constipated. If you’re constipated, you have a perfect nesting place for degenerative bacteria. You’re overworking your intestinal flora and your immune system. It might be losing the battle there.
This is one of the main reasons for living a freshly prepared whole plant food lifestyle. Enzymes, Probiotics and Miror EPF are also very helpful when you know how and when to take them.
I believe just about any disease can evolve from constipation because most of our diseases originate in the GI tract. Especially, your small intestine where most of your immune system activity takes place.
When you’re constipated, sooner or later your body is going to stop breathing efficiently on a cellular level. You’re not going to get the oxygen you really need and you’re going to be getting a lot of other toxins delivered to your cells from your GI tract that doesn’t belong there. This will slow down the detox and cleansing system of the body.
