Ignoring the Call for Rest will Drive You to Stimulation!

Rest = Recovery = Longevity

It’s very important to understand how your body works if you want to train correctly. Knowing what rest and stimulation are is essential. Most of the time people ignore the calling for rest and push right by it by stimulating themselves. This will make you vulnerable to breakdown and longer than usual recovery periods.

There is less opportunity for breakdown when you leave out over stimulation from activities and stimulation from the foods we consume!

Z rest and stimulation 1
Rest vs stimulation

One thing for sure, when you exercise and train correctly whether you are lifting weights, running for a marathon or doing sprints, it’s very, very important that you do it properly. It’s imperative that you understand that your body has to rest and to know when the body is calling it.

Stimulation will make you feel that you don’t have to rest. If you don’t rest, injuries happen.

Z Mistakes 2

If you don’t pay attention to when you should rest, you will probably need longer time periods to recover.

To be vital and alive on a daily basis, any exercise activity and eating/living a good lifestyle is part of that equation.

Eating food or drinking liquids is not a recreational activity; it should be used for the purpose of nourishing your body.

Eating is a celebration of life and sharing fellowship with friends and family which is a gift we give to each other.
