Don’t be fooled, the poor quality and over stimulating foods/drinks which you may be perceived fuel for the body will eventually drives you to wear and tear, degeneration and increased aging.

“During that time, I did a lot of long term fasting, juice fasting especially; water fasting with prayer which lead me to deep reflection. In the beginning, it was difficult but it did get easier as time went on.”
