Over 85% of Inflammation is Caused by How We Live Lifestyle!!
We do develop and experience inflammation throughout our lives on a daily basis.
The question is, how do we respond?
We can change our lifestyle so our bodies can slow down our biological aging.
The key is not to accept degeneration as the end result in life.
What goes on in Politics is a form of inflammation and does affect our genetic expression. I do hope that we will have more enlightened people getting into political positions so good choices are made in government for the people.
Barefoot Walking or minimal shoes at the beach or in the forest supplies a stable foot base for the toes to fan out which is associated with good posture.
Incompatible food combinations will lead to weight gain and require more energy output which will increase inflammation, fatigue and eventually express genetic weaknesses!
The more excess body weight you carry the shorter life you’ll have to carry it!
THE FATE OF OUR NATION:
All people will develop inflammation /degenerative conditions throughout our lives. Senescence or biological aging is the gradual deterioration of cellular function of most complex life forms found in all biological kingdoms where an organism increases mortality after maturation.
Is this really what we have to accept as a human species?
I will tell you nothing is 100% but 85% or more of inflammation are caused by lifestyle.
This is not necessarily so if you’re open to looking at a lifestyle change and staying committed and consistent throughout your lifetime Journey.
There is no one Universal answer in life but when you apply what works and what doesn’t at least you present yourself with the best opportunity!
When we come to this eventual realization; Our choices will let our body have the real control of your immediate environment in your lifestyle.
This will lead you to prevention and recovery.
I personally believe that all inflammation/chronic disease are definitely caused by lifestyle. I have seen this by working with over 25,000 people for the last 55 years which has shown me what works and what doesn’t.
