There are so many different approaches but the most basic level is to eat fresh organic whole food as your mainstay all the time.

So, where is your point of contact that starts Your Healthy Journey? Fred’s started when he was a teenager.  

“I really got into raw organic whole plant foods over 55 years ago. I met a guy who was really into it. I saw that he was very lean and I was leery about trying it. At that time, I was a heavily built guy and I didn’t want to lose that much weight.”

(Ask yourself, what is your motivation to follow through with making a lifestyle change?)

“ I felt a strong desire to do it. I had done a lot of reading and studying about it. My first exposure was from Physical Culture magazine. I guess that was 70 years ago. My father use to read it. The editor was a guy named Bernard McFadden. He use to talk about raw whole plant foods and Paul Bragg use to write articles on it. So I got interested because the whole concept sounded very, very good and it made a lot of sense.”
